Managed properly with inpaint this gives better results than most cum related LoRAs out there. It understands prompts pretty well (on nose, in mouth, on eyes, etc) and adding "transparent" and/or "see-through" it's definitely possible to inpaint very nice results. I tested anime only but I guess it'd be even better at realistic.
