Alright, I like this girl's design, and a bunch of people have asked for her, so I remembered I had her ready.

Use anime screencap to get her looking like in the anime. The red eyelashes are optional, I didn't notice until I was tagging.

The outfit is:

white collared shirt, sleeveless, off shoulder, black open coat, center frills, wine bowtie, red brooch, black corset, grey buttons, black short shorts, black gloves, black ankle boots

She has coattails on the coat that I didn't notice, but if you prompt them, they work. Have wine as negative if the bowtie makes a bottle or glass appear, but it only happened once.
