A concept, not just a charachter. This is centered around an EXTREMELY stupid amount of outputs from X'voor mix etc - that just was Sailor Moon around fire, crazy wings, neon concepts and jsut -- yea WEIRD STUFF. It's the sibling lora to GOTH SAILOR MOON because you CAN DO WEIRD STUFF WITH IT!
