Using "Tailless" is a bit tricky.

It's not effective on "FURRY" or "KEMONO"-specific base models.I recommend general/universal base models.

If the "Tailless" trigger doesn't work, try adding "human, animal tail, tail, shark tail" to the negative prompt.
