Jan Mouse from the 70's cartoon The Devil and Daniel Mouse (5min of Daniel LOL).
She's your 70's folk musician, ginger afro, blue eyes and that 70's attitude, she's not that dumb (she at least tried to read the contract), but her desire to be famous got most of her and she sold her soul.
This cartoon inspired Rock & Rule, it has some good music and she changes her outfits a lot (i've not tagged each properly).
