Thanks for the workflow. Question: It does a perfect faceswap at the Reference Image Preparation step, but then whatever it's doing at the Sampler step ruins it (the face looks "good" but not like the chosen swap). Is there a denoise setting or something I should be adjusting?
FlashAttention2 has been toggled on, but it cannot be used due to the following error: the package flash_attn seems to be not installed. Please refer to the documentation of https://huggingface.co/docs/transformers/perf_infer_gpu_one#flashattention-2 to install Flash Attention 2.
if you are using the portable version of ComfyUI, you are out of luck. The workarround is very complicated and i don't recommend unles you are absolutely sure what you are doing. Trust me: i've F****d my comfyui trying to cerrect it
I had the same problem with another workflow, i tried to look up and it turns out that its very complicated to install on windows, but on linux is really easy so if you are on windows you are kinda out of luck
I had to disable
FlashAttention2 because i have macbook m2. And my workflow crashes at "Guassian Blur Mask" where comfy ui server crashes, and i get "reconnecting" error. Any hints
