The lower decks LORA, train both on photos and drawings.
The trigger phrase is sttldunf uniform. Add "red" or "yellow" to get desired color. In this version blue color for uniforms isn't working well with photorealistic, i will try to fix that in future versions.Right now i recommend against trying to generate it, but you can see my example images to see how to prompt to get something remotely usable.
I used it at 0.8 weight.
Add "cartoon" to get the drawing style. In this style "blue" as a color will work fine.

reminds me I have to perfect my Beckett Mariner lora someday.
also why did you photoshop the faces of the series characters into the example pictures ? :)
I did not photoshop them :) . I tagged them during training. I'm doing this with most of my loras. If you run the prompt for the example image using this lora you will get the character.
@impossiblebearcl4060 ok, but, in the one of Tendi you can see the original alien in the background and there is no indication in the prompt execpt "green alien" :) just asking, no problem, it shows the good quality of the uniform result more !
@TomTrottel The full trigger for her is "cartoon,crt2 green alien", where cartoon is the show style that was also trained and "crt2 green alien" is her unique trigger phrase. Its easy to check, just run this prompt with the lora :)
I've tried this with several models (including those in the example images) and the uniform just never appears, running it at 0.8 as recommended... but nothing.
Please share your image, this is strange,
@impossiblebearcl4060 I would but civit.ai can't get the metadata from the system I use, you still want it shared?
@Meaca_G Maybe just share the prompt and model? Are you sure you are using the lora?
@impossiblebearcl4060 it appears it only works with very simple prompts, once you add any real character detail it just doesn't show - had the same issue with the Rebel trooper uniform
@Meaca_G Rebel trooper is a really old model and probably needs a complete rework to function properly. But this one should work. So the problem is that with a more complex prompt the uniform dissapears? Can you share an example of such prompt so i can test it for the next version?
@impossiblebearcl4060
Model A-Zovya Photoreal
+ (sttldunf uniform:0.8) looking back, 30 year old woman, athletic build, toned, (flat chested:1.5), with very long bright red hair, black eyeliner, smiling
- Render, medium breasts, large breasts, mole, tattoo, earring, low quality, low res
Steps 20, CFG 6.5, DMP++ 2M Karras, CLIP Skip 2
@Meaca_G You are reducing the weight of the uniform and tokens like "athletic build" and "toned" are going to pull the image to revealing more skin than typical in a starfleet uniform. That is why the midriff/torso is being exposed. If you remove those tags and eliminate the weighting you should be fine.
In addition " red sttldunf uniform" is a stronger tag than any other color so that is your best color option in making the uniform show completely.
@praguepride I've long given up getting this to work, but thanks
@Meaca_G I understand. for what it's worth I've posted an image/prompt in the gallery that will get you 80% of the way there however SD as a whole does not like flat chests and given the one example of live action version of this uniform is a very not flat chested actress in and of itself you likely can't get where you need. I would guess that there are some "flat chest" LoRAs that could be added to this prompt to reduce things to where you want them.
Any chance of SDXL/Pony versions? I know it's not as popular as TOS or TNG LoRAs but... "Lower Decks! Lower Decks! Lower Decks!"
Ok, i think i will have to redo the dataset for this one,but maybe its worth it :)
There you go, pony version is published, XL version is done, but i still need to test it.
That was really fast, thanks a lot! I will try it ASAP
