Suggested Weight: -5 ~ 5 (depends on your prompts and the model you are using)
Controlnet is also highly suggested. I have not yet found a effective way to lock the composition of SDXL sliders.
This is far from perfect as the range can be improved, I will try to update it when I find time.
I do not recommend going for super high weight, otherwise this will become a gender slider. If you are drawing female, it is safe to stay between -5 to +8.
This one was trained for very few steps, must be careful with my electricity bill.
Known issue: Negative side seems to be darker. Cannot get completely flat chest on female yet. These will be dealed with in upcoming updates.

Hi. How do you manage to train sliders?
I have a problem, with any settings on SDXL, it is trained only to the level of detail, even if the positive and negative prompt is not about detail.
