Compiled a dataset of +300 pictures of legendary naturally big breasted women cropped it down to mainly focus on the breasts. although I added some full body images for reference. From my testing the output images does not clearly resemble any specific real person.

In this version I have been focusing primarily on caucasian women, if you like this one I might do other races as well.

Note that this model has a tendency to sometimes grow extra nipples or generate strange body proportions and merged limbs. Make sure that you use good negative prompting to reduce these issues, also experimenting with the hires fix settings might help.
But sometimes it will generate an abomination anyway, just have patience and try again.
