This LoRA will attempt to force a transformation of a person into a plush doll/toy/etc.

Trigger is "Morphing into plushtoy"

Trained on the Skyreels V2 model of Wan which uses 24fps. This LoRA does work on the base Wan2.1 I2V model (at least 480p) but results may vary. Don't expect too much and it could be fun!

Prompts are best kept real short like "The old man next to the gold robot is violently morphing into plushtoy." - 2 or 3 sentences.

Recommended to aim for 60 to 89 frames to allow for the transformation to complete w/in the 3-5 sec video clip.

24fps videos were used in the training, so use 24fps if you use the Skyreels V2 I2V model (best). If you opt to use base Wan2.1-I2V it's probably best to stick w/ 16fps and the results will likely vary a bit - haven't tested it a ton, but it does -work- w/ that model.

Full captions were used so even if you stray a bit from "Morphing into plushtoy" words like plush, morph, transitions into, etc should add weight to the LoRA/effect.
