it could depend on the model, perhaps, if you're using the lora and the right promp. are you using a realistic checkpoint?
as you can see from the images posted by others, it is working with the models they're using
@psoft I know it work ok. I use it for realistic model. Maybe I use too many LORA in a single image 😊.
@z0_0d713 yes, you're right. often loras are competing on similar aspects and may affect each other :)
Not sure if you knew this but setting its weight to 0.5 fixes shit looking hands in most renders. cheers for a good lora !

from my testing it really depends on the base models. some you can go up to 1, but others I agree you need to reduce the weight
nice lora =D. can you make a similar lora to hand in panties, but without lifted skirt or with hands inside clothes?
