1、下载 model.safetensors 重命名为：SkyReels-V2-I2V-1.3B-540P.safetensors。
2、基本都是ComfyUI原生节点，将ComfyUI核心更新到最新版。
3、附件中PNG图片隐藏了工作流信息。只要将它拖入ComfyUI界面中即可。

用的是万相的工作流，只要跑过万相的，其他模型应该都有了。
@Xi_mu 是的，我本来就有万相的工作流，并正常使用中，想尝试一下你这个工作流，但测试了一下，缺少很多节点未添加 ，节点出现红圈，我先依靠我的知识组建一下，如果不行再请教你。谢谢
经过测试，把有问题的节点都更换掉，能跑了。但输出黑屏的视频，放弃了，问题太多。
@crazybaby 除了那个加速节点，都是ComfyUI原生节点，为什么要换掉？把内核更新就行了。
540P模型对图生视频没效果，生成的跟图无关，工作流能用，换其他WAN模型就可以了！
