Might be one of the more obscure characters I'll ever make a LoRA for, she's only in that one episode. Luckily she's Cobra's sidekick for the whole episode so there was enough usable frames for a dataset.

Should work fine with other styles, you can remove the 1980s tag if you want to try something more modern.
