A couple of suggestions of two great artists: first a classic, Ichikawa Saasha, the illustrator for most of Elf company visual novels (Ningen Debris, Jokei Kazoku, Ai Shimai...) and then a most recent one, Watanabe Akio, the guy behind the Monogatari and Grisaia series.
For the second there's a lot of material plus a couple of artbooks...for the first mostly the CGs would be the best source. Let me know if you're interested and I can provide you with some material.
