Nice, how do you make the person on the video no talk, each time i create a video i get the person talking, is it the prompt or the guidance?. any tip
It's at least in part due to the LoRA in this case. The subject had a closed mouth in all of the training data images. If your LoRA is mixed with open mouth or smiling images you tend to get more talking during the animation.
