InvokeAI reports that this is an unknown lora type.
I made this in dream booth based on SDXL 1.0 base, I do not know if dreambooth does not have the same output for invoke AI but I believe it is using the same save lora weights functions as the other instances. If I could guess can you make sure the base model you are combining it with is of SDXL origin? This one would not work with 1.5 or 2.1 since they have different tensor shapes.
