Update V2.1:
-Yellow/gold was not very reliable, so I made a new version. It should be slightly better without any additional prompting, but adding "black pants, black sleeves" to the prompt results in a good uniform with very high precision. It can be used with all colors, but is needed mostly for yellow/gold.
Update V2:
-Trained this version without backgrounds and faces, so there should be no problems with hairstyles and default backgrounds.
-The trigger phrases that are most consistent for this version are "voyunf teal and black uniform", "voyunf red and black uniform" and "voyunf gold and black uniform". If there is a problem with other color words in the prompt you can reinforce by adding "science","command" or "operations" as those words were also trained, and while they are not good enough to use on their own they helped me to reinforce some of the images, i included one of those cases in the showcase (girl with green hair).
V1.1
Trigger phrase is voyunf uniform. Add red, teal or yellow for color. Sometimes wrong areas will be colored, but this can be fixed with applying wieghts to colors.
For me the best weights were 0.8 and 0.7.
UPDATE 1.1
-This is a really minor update, but badges and rankpips should be a little sharper and the uniforms less wrinkly

Gold is a hard color to corral (realistic vision, juggernaut, etc photorealism models). Great work on the red/teal versions and on the headless variants.
Yes, i struggled with this Lora for some time, as gold/yellow was really problematic. Maybe some day i will go back to this and try to fix it.
With version 2.1 I'm getting correct uniform for yellow/gold on more then 90% of tries(with "black pants, black sleeves" added to the prompt). If gold gives wrong color, try using yellow instead. Hopefully this will solve most problems with this model and i can move to the next one.
@impossiblebearcl4060 I'm seeing immediate improvement in consistency on gold! The additional 'black pants, long black sleeves' helps a lot on red as well, even at half weight. Combadges might have gotten more distorted, but I found that photoshopping in a badge from an image and inpainting, I can get it fixed in just a few tries.
Great work!
