No prompt, no description, no nothing?
Will it change anything if I provide prompt?
Options in the description
Look, I just usually appreciate an example suggested positive/negative prompts, that's all. When there's nothing, you just guess.
@princess_daphie The author has provided you with the parameters, and the negative and positive prompt - no one is obliged to tell you, this is your imagination and your personal preferences.
You need Quality prompt? For IL model it's simple [masterpiece, best quality, amazing quality]
@Ghost_Name how would we know those pictures are done using the model? I wouldn't waste my time and storage just to try out a model that might not even give outputs of the same style and quality as what is presented, it's not a matter of imagination.
@Cass_ @Cass_ It's funny to read such toxic people like you, do you think the author likes to take generated images from someone and substitute them for his model? If you've encountered this, it doesn't mean that everyone is the same.
It's very stupid.
You can give me a million dizes, I don't really care, thank you for the free buzz by the way :)
@Ghost_Name How exactly was I being toxic? All I did was point out a valid concern. Honestly, it’s ridiculous to act like sharing a prompt is some kind of state secret. No one’s making money off this, it's just basic courtesy for people trying to evaluate a model.
And frankly, you’re the one being toxic. OP just asked for prompts, which makes perfect sense if someone wants to test the model’s quality. Instead, you jumped straight to mocking them like they’re incapable of writing prompts themselves. Chill.
@Cass_ So it turns out that they are not able to write hints themselves, but require them from the authors.
No, this is not a state secret, it's just that not everyone wants to share what they came up with themselves, as these are their personal thoughts and imagination, don't you think?
Your toxicity is dislikes and attacks in my direction, actually.
@Cass_ No ridicule, the parameters are specified - the images are provided as previews, but the author did not specify the parameters initially, he corrected this omission, what is the mockery here? That you didn't share the hint? Does this really determine the quality of the model? It's funny to be honest, so you can go to any model and say that the preview shows - nothing.
@Cass_ The most important aspects of preview images are the quality prompt , parameters , and settings . Everything else is determined by each individual. Everyone defines the rest themselves. Where is the toxicity or incorrectness in this? Do you judge a model’s quality based on its preview images? That’s flawed reasoning. Unless a model is tested personally, its performance quality cannot be accurately assessed. For example, I could create a bunch of poorly made images and upload them under my model’s name, even if the model itself draws 20 perfectly shaped fingers on each hand, legs and fingers. What then? Would those images reflect the model’s true quality? Your logic undermines your own argument.
@Ghost_Name Test to check if i can still reply to messages on a comment thread on a post that the author blocked
we took this to dms (might be useless to say that here since i am blocked and idk if it still gets sent or not)
@Cass_ There is a comment, but I consider the next discussion pointless. My answer to you is - if you don’t want to, don’t download it. The conversation is over. Civitai is an open-source site with many other great models.
@missfidonyo yeah, it's understandable why you would block me, you feel attacked in some way, I'm sorry if you did, i was just defending a point that some people, if not most would appreciate preview pics with the prompt as well since they don't want to waste time and storage installing a model that might not output the same quality as to what it shows in the preview pics that have no metadata
I also made merges and loras and I understand why people prefer to see prompts and how the model performs before testing it out
I didn't try to be mean, just trying to give feedback (if that's how you guys perceived my comments)
@missfidonyo op and cass have valid questions and points
Good model !!!
Thank you c:
