What model did you use?
Looks like a version of richy rich mix with a really high step count. whoever this person is keeps uploading his stuff in such a way you can't even get information from PNG Info.
@MadlyLaughing 😉My model is a custom mix which is not public and existed way before richy rich mix 💖. It should work with any settings and most models, so you don't really need the exact settings to get good results, it should just work with random settings. As step count you can just use whatever you prefer like 25 as with most models. Also I don't save my images as PNG 😅
