I don't know why I made this, but I did. And it exists now. It allows you to make scenes look like they're from the 1940 film Thief of Bagdad. I find it works best if you stay around 0.2 to 0.6 strength.

I agree with ttb2112... this is awesome! I love the Harryhausen/sinbad-esque look. Hope you do some more from those films.
