Iron man trained with 3 suits. Use "Modular armor, modular suit, pentagon chest arc reactor" or "Extremis armor, extremis suit, triangle chest reactor" or "Classic armor, classic suit, circle chest arc reactor".

You can use the strength between 0.8 and 1 but if you want the exact outfit you should use 1.

I also recommend trying ep.9 because sometimes it produces better results.
