I think this lora is broken, maybe you need check it out.
I just tested it and it seemed to work okay. What's the issue with it?
Low quality and usually non background, wonder that is because I am peon or my account prompt learning problem. Should I send some pic for prove it?
After test your model by real Stable Diffusion not Civitai (Despite my computer is new, for some reason not yet install Nvidia graphic board), I think it will be highly my account and civitai problem.
