Plenty of black beards, puffy shirts and big leather belts in this one. You don't seem to need to prompt for 'tricorn hat'.

Thanks to the upswing of pirate media in the 2000s, it does pretty well with diversity.

Trained on publicly available images. I probably need to work a bit on the captions to filter out some details for the next version as it seems hung up on a few well known characters, even though only a few images of each were used. Or maybe it's just Hunyuan.

On further testing, it might be a bit overtrained.

Edit: Despite what mods might say, it is not intended to reproduce the likeness of a real person.

Ackshually: "The notion of a pirate often conjures images of swashbuckling figures, but the reality is far more diverse. Pirates were not a monolithic group of a single ethnicity or nationality. They hailed from a multitude of backgrounds, driven by various factors to take to the seas. Primarily, during the Golden Age of Piracy (roughly 1650 to 1730), pirates were predominantly of European descent, with significant numbers of English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Dutch, and French individuals among their ranks. However, this was not the complete picture. The lure of a quick fortune and the escape from dire circumstances led to a truly international collection of individuals engaging in piracy. This included colonials from the Americas and the West Indies, people of African descent, and even indigenous individuals. The demographic of piracy shifted over time and location, making its ethnic makeup remarkably varied and reflective of global maritime activity." (not my emphasis)

Regardless of this historical anecdote, I really just want everyone to be able to create what they can imagine with my loras. Hence my push for diversity. (Sorry, nothing furry in the dataset).

Thank you for enjoying the lora!
