What was the reason to be purged?
According to Civitai the creator themself removed the models.
@echo7 The creator deleted their account but if you look at my other Levi model page they were really happy that I was reuploading their stuff from their now deleted account.

@DreamExplorer Hello, thank you very much for following the legacy, I deleted my models and disappeared because I suffered harassment from a person who wanted to blackmail me, I very much doubt that I want to return to the community, I walk here a lot to see the comments and I hope you enjoy them

LeviW40 Mix Deleted Explanation:
Leviw40 Mix [Legacy] had an identical hash to LeviW50. They also produced identical results.
Apologies for the confusion.
I did compare the LeviW40 Hash to my local one after uploading it and they matched, I did not upload the wrong Model. I've been holding onto two models named and versioned differently that had identical hashes this entire time.
Going back into the metadata of the civitai page I archived - I believe Levi re-uploaded a model they took down and renamed it themselves with different preview images. I could be wrong though and messed the names up months ago when archiving - if so apologies.
TL;DR -
Deleting LeviW40 to save Civitai some server space and avoid the confusion.
