Tested with several checkpoints - works well with most.
1.2-1.3 STR needed sometimes.
Use the base Illustrious model for a more Cartoon Network type look,
Smooth mix and Hassaku work great as well.

I found adding "blue pants" and "black shoes" as well helps to generate his outfit more consistently.
