This is pretty good, though it could use some tweaks. I was struggling to get it to be night time - it seems to want to place light pixels above her head, which ends up making day sky. Also, though this might be fine, eyes seem to get a very light yellow/beige tint. It also wanted to put buildings behind her kinda often for some reason, though that was easier to push back.

Other than that, it's worked well enough. Here's the basics I found work for fitting the appearance: lacy <lora:lacey:0.6>, blue hair, two side up, (white eyes:1.2), x hair ornament, black choker, red jacket, open jacket, black shirt, criss-cross halter, denim shorts, ankle boots
