Used for generating people/characters wearing a diaper under their panties, have fun!

Alright, if you use "panties over diaper" instead of "diaper under panties" it works better, so try that out!

How to use:
Simply put "panties over diaper" and "panties" somewhere in your generation description, and you should be set! (Putting "white diaper" sometimes helps as well; different colored panties should work)
