This is pretty simple - on the left half the image the woman will be clothed, and on the right side of the image she'll be naked. Prompt it like so:

A photo of a woman where on the left half of the image the woman is wearing a ___. On the right half of the image she's naked. ____ (Additional details)

It could perhaps use just a bit more training but it works quite well for a version 1.
