I ran a quick test and I was able to generate some images with dresses without much trouble. The term zettai_ryouiki might help since it will want to generate some thigh between the dress and the thigh-high/stocking but it's not needed.
@DarkModeOP odd, must be a thing with me using realism checkpoints and them not being able to comprehend the concept of a penis holster, that's my guess at least.
