Made with 22 pics. 4 G Gundam screenshots (surprisingly, Domon showing his crest is not as subject to reused art as I expected. There's definitely recycling, and the actual attack appears to be very much reused, but still possible to get a few distinct pics)+ a bunch of parodies. I'd love to do the actual grasping attack, but the parodies of that are in too many different parts of the animation to have enough training data for it (it also really hurts that in the show itself its a non-stitchable panning shot). May still have data for something else though.

G Gundam is... interesting. It's still worth a watch, as long as you don't expect it to be anything serious or at all representative of the franchise as a whole (for that I'd recommend the original or X) and aren't allergic to distilled 90sness. I do wonder how it would be seen in the west had it not gotten a (pretty good) dub and they went with the more serious X instead.
@NanashiAnon Thank you for the recommendation! I watched a very small number of episodes of Gundum but then SD Gundam ruined the franchise for me so I never got into it.
Recently I wanted to get into it but there are so many different series I didn't know where to start.
I enjoy old series so I'll watch the original and then X! 😁

@ntrlover Lol I don't know. I think I must have heard it in other things quoting it or parodying it. Its the kind of line that a chuunibyou character would quote, right? 🤔 Its like people knowing Jojo references without knowing Jojo because Jojo is so ingrained into anime culture.
