Pectoral Shadow or Boob Shadow Meme. Has 3 different styles: Flat Colour, Greyscale and Detailed. The first two are achieved by prompting, the last one is attained by not prompting the first two or by putting the tags for them in the negative prompt.

Note that generating the more detailed style can be inconsistent if you do not use the chibi or wide-eyed prompt. It is recommended to use those tags or slightly increase the weight of the LoRA beyond 1.0 (1.2 seems to be good).

(Extra prompts to more closely replicate the actual meme. X navel can sometimes generate an x navel on the person in the 2nd panel instead of the 1st panel. Solid oval eyes and x navels should not appear without prompting, but place any in the negative prompts if you don't want to generate them)
