Alizarin from dragon quest 11!, I'd say it gets a strong 90% of him down, struggling with mainly his tail and esca (for some reason...). Mainly because most images I could use only showed like half of his body from a front view... had to look a little deep for images that actually showed well.. more of his body lol.
