Warning: it can potentially turn your girlfriend into boyfriend.

    Trained on Objective Reality V2

    1. This is not a gender slider, it should be used for controlling beard on men.

    2. suggested weight:

woman: 4 - 6 (hard to see any effect with low weights)

man: -3 - 6 (depending on how much original beard he has)

    3. Adjust using decimal numbers if you just want stubble on your wife.

    4. This was trained only for GROWING BEARD, because I needed to remove many concepts that comes with heavy beard. I do not recommend using negative high weights for removing beard, but a small negative weight is ok.

    5. Use Highres fix function for better beard texture. Although I didn't use it in showcase images, it can certainly help if you find the beard too messy or foggy.

    6. if you like this model, you can help me find my next meal...đŸ˜ș🍖

    7. Or a positive review and simple like will be greatly appreciated.

    why not use negative weights?

I often find the concepts I tried to remove will appear when applying negative weights. Say that images of a man with heavy beard are usually blurry and wearing hat, I needed to deal with that by balancing the features so most things in the images don't change too much. I might have remove blurry, hat, etc in positive side, then images can be blurry or wear a hat when you apply negative weights. But this depends on the concepts, if the base model is fully versatile on the extreme concept and doesn't generate too many side effects, it should work fine as a normal double sided slider. But what would you want to do with negative weights anyway, most characters on the site don't have beard.

@NextMeal because there are "gender sliders" that turn girls into old bearded men. I want to turn girls into boys (strong jawline, squarish eyes, short hair, no makeup) but without beards.

So I thought putting the beard in reverse as well as the gender to male, could help.

I've noticed something unfortunate with your sliders. I work with a lot of fantasy pictures, and it seems that these sliders make clothing less fantasy and instead more modern. I've heavily tested this to make sure it wasn't coincidence. I've noticed it with at least like 4 of them.

The only thing that is saying is just the models you often use are very different from the ones I use. You simply cannot make sure every model to behavior the same way on every checkpoint, especially on the ones with different styles. Their Unets are different. If you need one to work 100% on the model you use most often, you can consider giving me a commission request. I will then happily train the model on the one you are using. btw I am sure you can easily fix that by tweaking the setting of the LoRA.

@NextMeal you actually can make LoRAs work better with more models, by training them on a standard model like the original SD1.5 (for example) :D

@victorc25744 imho base model is not the best model to train sliders as some concepts are not well represented. and the results are probably going to be less desired for me as well.

@ki_pah206 I am pretty sure you don't even need lora if you mask it, but you can try put this lora in negative weight, that should work,

I tried with IMG to IMG, the beard color seems to be red like. Is there a way to make the beard black? I tried adding a black beard. But didn't work. :(
