Extensions -> available -> load from -> additional networks
Restart webui
place lora into stable-diffusion-webui\extensions\sd-webui-additional-networks\models\lora
To view the training settings
Go to additional network tab -> choose model -> training parameters

I haven't played around with SDXL much, and from my knowledge there isnt any "good" anime models plus SD 1.5 is perfect for emulating styles. But Ill definitely update my characters/concepts when Im knowledgeable enough
