30 Poses extracted from real images (15 sitting - 15 standing). Square resolution to work better in wide aspect ratios as well. I suggest using "sitting on xxx" in your prompt if you use the sitting poses.

Might be a dumb question but, how do I load these?
They're just jpegs. If you have controlnet, load them into controlnet as you would with a normal image, select "none" for the preprocessor, then select openpose for the model

When you are on SD. When you open control net, there is a image box at the top, you just put your poseinto that box.
