Mouni Roy is an Indian actress and model who gained popularity through her work in Indian television shows and films. Mouni Roy initially rose to fame with her role as Krishna Tulsi in the popular Indian soap opera "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi," which aired from 2007 to 2008. She further gained recognition for her portrayal of Sati in the mythological series "Devon Ke Dev...Mahadev" and for her role as Shivanya/Shivangi in the supernatural show "Naagin," which contributed significantly to her fame and popularity. In addition to her television work, Mouni Roy has also ventured into the Indian film industry. She made her Bollywood debut with the film "Gold" in 2018, starring opposite Akshay Kumar. She has since appeared in several other films, including "Romeo Akbar Walter" (2019) and "Made in China" (2019).
