This LORA will allow you to apply hot glue to the faces of your other character LORAs without morphing them or affecting their overall appearance.
Usage tips: Use words like white, liquid, transluscent, semen. Describe it as drops, streaks and that it's running down or dripping. The LORA is also very good at generating tongues.

me too, looks like white glitter
If you're having problems, use the example prompts in the images i posted and go from there. Also read the "Usage tips" if you havent. Playing around with guidance and the model sampling values also helps. It's a concept FLUX is trying to censor so you have to be a bit clever about it.
