Best to keep the prompt descriptive, here are some examples that have worked well for me:

Example 1: boxing video a man in a black tank top and red boxing gloves punching a black punching bag. He is facing the bag and is throwing a series of punches with his right hand. The background is black. The light from the camera illuminates the scene. The man is focused on his punches and is sweating from the exertion.

Example 2: boxing video a close-up of a shirtless man wearing black boxing gloves with red trim. He is in a boxing ring and is throwing punches at the camera. The room is dimly lit, with several white lights overhead.  The man's face is serious and determined as he throws the punches. His right hand is throwing a left jab, and his left hand is throwing a right jab.

Example 3: boxing video two fighters in the middle of the ring, exchanging wild punches with no defence. Both are visibly exhausted, their swings becoming slower and more reckless. One of them throws a punch so hard he spins himself around and stumbles into the ropes, momentarily losing his balance before resetting and charging forward again.
