A LoRA for titfucking. 832x1216 resolution seems to work best. If you use a complex prompt, adding "penis" can help rein it back in.

I seem to be getting pink nothingness with this lora, tried with multiple models. other loras work.

Excluding slider LORAs, strength should never exceed 0.75. Best results for properly trained LORAs usually can be found around 0.5-0.75. If the LORA doesn't work properly unless you crank it up to close to 1.0 or above, it wasn't trained right.
That said, if you aren't happy with the face, go to Img2img/Inpaint. Deactivate the LORA, mask the face, change your prompt so it only describes the face, and play around with the Denoise slider at different settings. Usually 0.42 - 0.58. Too low and no effect. Too high and it will look badly Photoshopped.
