Technically, Nala has green eyes. Giving her blue eyes is a common mistake initially caused by The Lion King II animators messing up the colors and designs of most canon characters from the original movie.

I don't know whether it's fixable at this point, but it would be nice if the model didn't proliferate this mistake, as I'm sure it'll be pretty popular.
The model simply matches the combined artistic interpretation of the dataset, which happens to be blue eyes. Changing it would require manually editing most of the images on which the model was trained...and does not sound particularly fun.
Easier to just prompt for green eyes imo; I've updated the reinforcement tags in the description to also suggest green eyes, for those who prefer the original color. I've also added a sample image with green eyes.
