This model was my first experiment on building sliders, it was a bit cranky. As Ostris already created a more powerful curly hair slider, I do not see the need for remaking this model.
Trained on Photon (Effects on other models not guaranteed)
Updated version is a lot more stable for drawing long curly hair and lights are more natural, but if you are aiming shorter curly hair, you can check out the previous version.
-2 to 2 appears to be more natural. personally prefer to use -1 to +1. You can always use decimal numbers, just may not be as intuitive.
You can go for higher weights, but not recommended. +5 Too much curly hair may mislead the model into drawing dreamy characters. -5 Too much straight hair, well...you will see a face covered with straight hair.
Please be specific with the clothing, view, background, etc. Otherwise it will change them, this might also happen when you apply very high weights (more than +/- 3).
This does not work on very short hair...of course.
I am still learning on how to make good sliders, please leave your suggestions below on how should I improve it.

Can make dreadlocks, can make twisted clothes: frills or curls. Changes the situation. For curly characters, lora enhances the effect, but a weight greater than 2 is not desirable.
appreciate your comment, bro. I updated the model, you may want to check it out.
Various things are regrettable.
As the author says in the summary, sharpness is invoked. I think the natural range is a bit smaller since it is also seen at -3,+3.
Weight- seems to make long hair and weight+ seems to make short hair.
If only short hair is used, it can be compensated for by specifying a prompt, but even if long hair is specified, Weight+ will result in short hair.
So, I hope the author will support long(big) curly hair in the next update to make it more complete.
Thanks for the comment. I just started building slider LoRA, it is a bit tricky to find what works and what doesn't. I took your suggestions and updated the model, it is a lot stabler than the previous one in my testing. I hope you will like the new one. And I also would like to know where to further improve.
asking for a friend:
does this work for pubic hair, too?
lol, I don't know, and wouldn't want to try.🤣
你说的这个朋友是不是你自己
@souler199186 yes. it's an internet joke :D
@stapfschuh lol
Very good work
Thanks mate ❤️
how to make this blink video?
I wish it went all the way up too afro-textured hair, that would be killer
aaah, sorry man. I didn't mean to copy your idea.
Why was it removed?
it is archived, there's already a better version and I do not plan to remake this model. I think it can save most people time for finding best tools on the site.
@NextMeal ok. so just use the other version.
