Extremely depending of the checkpoint used, 'cause every checkpoint that isn't overtrained to produce only the most high quality images will most likely make you cry.
Just as i side note. Every model, be it Illustrious, NoobAi or Pony is based on SDXL 1.0. Just because something is trained on a dedicated model doesn't mean it has no influence to a certain degree.

Ehrm, i'll give up. Way to much time spend on it and Flux just takes to long in every regard, be it generating or training. The good thing though, was able to change a few settings in Kohya and i hope the weird horizontal "streaks" that my other Flux LoRas produced sometimes are gone.
Maybe someone that is using Flux more often and isn't so out of the loop as i'm has more luck.

In general, i don't need buzz and i see it more as something which people express their appreciation for things they like. If people have a use it and putt their spin on it and post pictures that's all i care for. Just ask and depending on how much time i have i will try to do it.
Beside of that, judging from the extremely nice pictures you've posted, there seems no need for a Flux version. The only reason for Flux it's that it produces high quality stuff that negates a lot of the jankiness people train their models on.
But, i've already made a Flux version a few months ago. Didn't post it because from my point of view it didn't add anything interesting that wasn't already possible without it.
I will post a Flux version later, depending on if it does something funky.
@TijuanaSlumlord Thanks for the flux version. The black bars (if that's what you mean by streaks in your description) are when you go above the megapixel rating of the training. Be that 1mp or 2 (1440x1440). So if you keep things at 1344x768 and then just upscale at (1.25x at 0.18) repeatedly, no bars.
@TijuanaSlumlord Ok I see what you mean about the black bars, even at 1344 res. So the general idea is that it happens when you're hitting something that was trained at a resolution too far below what you're rendering at. Did you train this at least than 1024 res?
@floopers966 Did several tests with 1024, 768 and 512. I'm limitet to 16GB Vram so i went with 512. never had a problem with that, did some other tests i haven't posted here and i got 1:1 copies. Just a higher DIM and a few other things i can't remember right now. That problem didn't accure all the time. Even in a batch of 2 images the first sucked and the second one was ok, no matter the resolutions.
But, it doesn't really matter to much. This LoRa was just something to feed my curiosity anyway, considering this mecha theme is a very common subject. Just took it as an opportunity to give Flux another try,.. or to test Illustrious.
@TijuanaSlumlord So no worries. It still turned out great. If I upscale the ones I want to keep with 3 nodes of ultimate sd upscale at 1.25x with 0.18 denoise, all the bars are gone.
