Without any glasses you can see the 3D effect.
You need to focus your eyes on long range and try to match the left and right eyes to left and right images.

Are you able to get better results than using depth-map controlnet?
There have been some approaches for a stereogram LORA in SD 1.5 already, but this one based on SDXL is the first consistent one. Great Job!
The stereo base is in my opinion too wide, so the depth effect feel a little unnatural, but the 3D effect is still amazing!
I also apprechiate, that is not a cross-eyed stereogram.
Training on a resolution of 1024 improves things a lot. The result is not perfect, but there are big improvements on the stereocopic consistency of small details compared to 1.5
