Soo why train on lower size ? That destroys the details, especially eyes. I think you have something wrong wtih your lora training settings or the dataset. There’s mo reason to lower the resolution to make it “better”.
i trained it at a lower resolution for now because while i was training it with 768x768, it was still giving bad results. it didn't even look like her at some points. so i lowered it. i checked the dataset and nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary. The settings for this are not the same as the previous one either. I have tested it and did not come across anything you were saying that happened with the previous one. Even with the previous one i wasn't getting those errors you were having. I said better quality because it gives better results than the previous one. Have you used it? if there are still problems then i will be happy to fix them in the future.

I'll give her a try today, if the results are not up to my standard, I'll just make her myself.
@Vaporvvave gave it a try (i'm going outside of the scope a little here tho):
1. it's not very flexible
2. "red dress" <- gives mostly white dress, idk why, probably some outfit overbake
3. eye quality certainly isn't there because its trained on 512x512 (did you train it on NAI anime model at least or something else?)
4. On a positive side, I'm not getting big head results with this one anymore
5. School uniform seems to work well
6. I've tried different models and somehow she really likes to lean on something :D even tho I'm using just "standing" tag.

new version is closer to anime style but it has some coloring issues. i will assume you added some of the scenes from s2 with sparkling backgrounds without cleaning the background and that is causing the issue.
