Todoh Misato is from Honō no Tōkyūji: Dodge Danpei (炎の闘球児 ドッジ弾平, "Flaming Rugby Boy: Dodge Danpei") a Japanese manga series based on dodgeball, by Tetsuhiro Koshita, which was serialized in CoroCoro Comic. It was adapted into an anime from 1991 to 1992, and eight video game adaptations.

Started originally for bounties and was only going to do what was listed. However, started to watch and like the anime so I got data from all 47eps and got all looks. Dodgeball Uniform is having some problems but all the other looks are working so far.
