If you are using Stable Diffusion via Automatic1111, you need to add an extension called ControlNet. ControlNet has several different models which provide guidance on how to compose an image. One of those ControlNet models is called OpenPose. The images contained in the .zip folder (the ones with neon colored lines on a black background) can be used by the OpenPose ControlNet to ensure your ending image -- however you decide to make it look -- features two people in the same pose you see in the sample images.
