ComfyUI seems to give better results than A1111, but that's just me.

Criminally underrated Lora, ACTUAL photorealism here
I recommend the 1.0 version, though; I tested the 2.0 version with the same prompts, and most images with human faces looked more "plastic" in my opinion, losing some of the film grain.
But that might be just me
