Rosa Salazar is an American actress known for her portrayal of the lead character, Alita, in the 2019 science-fiction action film "Alita: Battle Angel," directed by Robert Rodriguez and produced by James Cameron. Her performance as the cyborg protagonist received praise from both critics and audiences alike. Apart from "Alita: Battle Angel," Rosa has appeared in several other notable projects. Some of her other works include roles in the Netflix series "The OA," the Maze Runner film series, and the hit comedy-drama series "Parenthood." She has also lent her voice to animated projects, such as the Netflix animated series "Big Mouth."
