The Illusion Arts Teacher from The Owl House cartoon by the D. Guys, it's not like i enjoy the cartoon, i only heard of it because of Eda.

I guess Owl House is Harry Potter in cartoon form, so she's a magic teacher and a demon with three eyes, her stocky build and huge head is weird like a anime character, she can be a Yokai from Yokai Watch easily.
