It's trained on 17 images for 1700 steps. Training prompt was "a woman is sucking a tiny penis", but should also work with your other Lora's specific prompts.
Initially I trained it on 130 images with various position and angles. But then it didn't get the size it should produce right. So I focused on the best 17 front images and it became pretty good. Yet again, qualty beats quantity =) But still, side views are working too somehow. Is it magic ? Probably. Poses with full penis visibiliy also work.

I'm really impressed how well everything works with Hunyuan after trying to train Flux and SD3.5. Then ontop it's not just an image but video model. Just amazing =D

@WhatTheGuy ya its a two foot one those are easy to make, I made one too that almost worked but the one-foot pump seems impossible because hunyuan cant figure out what a penis flat against your body looks like haha I thought it'd be a good challenge.
@Baka_Oppai maybe you should try it at first with only one angle, so it's more clear how the pose looks like. On my Tiny Penis Lora it hepled a lot to use only one angle and then only the best images. So I went from 130 images so 17, but those 17 made a much better job than thhe 130!

I think it's because in rebuilding the clip and prompt ingestion, they have pretty much perfectly clean and tagged model. I personally have no idea how much lifting the vision clip is doing, either. But from my testing, it feels like it's because the model feels more like it actually understands what is being written, rather than depending on tag soup. Again, maybe the vision CLIP, idk

What does "Double blocks" mean?
it's a different way to load the lora files. it gives better results and it's better for combining multiplle loras. It's part of the 'ComfyUI-HunyuanVideoMultiLora' custom Nodes pack. Take the 'Hunyuan video Lora Loader node and set the Block type to double blocks
Now you just gotta do average black/white, tiny black and huge white one (and maybe all 3 hairy for asians).
